THE STORY
The most iconic dinosaur in Drumheller’s history has stood proudly on guard since 1960. Dinny, the life-size T. rex, was the town’s first dinosaur statue and was a huge hit for marketing and tourism in the valley. His splendor and majesty inspired his creator to build another few dozen cementosaurus for visitors of Drumheller to enjoy, which they still do today.
